Below is an outline of a presentation I gave on February 9, 2021, to the Board of Education of the City of Los Angeles School District. I was only allowed three (3) minutes and thus could only emphasize a couple of main points. I provided the board of education with a PDF containing the authority for my position. The PDF is attached below.
The principal issue I was addressing was the superintendent’s requirement that all students, teachers, and staff take the COVID-19 vaccines before he would allow the Los Angeles schools to reopen.
The COVID-19 Vaccines are not approved by the FDA as being safe and effective. The COVID-19 vaccines are experimental vaccines, which are only “authorized” by the FDA under an alleged medical emergency. The COVID-19 vaccines are being administered to the public on what is known as an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) by the FDA. Moderna and Pfizer-BioNtech acknowledge that their vaccines are “unapproved” vaccines, which only “may” prevent COVID-19. Both drug vaccine manufacturers acknowledge that “[t]here is no FDA-approved vaccine to prevent COVID-19.” And neither of them make the claim that their vaccines actually prevent COVID-19. They are also not sure that the vaccines are safe. Both vaccine makers warn in their fact sheets that “[s]erious and unexpected side effects may occur.” The vaccine makers are still conducting trials to find that out whether their vaccines are safe and effective. All who receive the vaccine are test subjects in those trials.
The superintendent’s vaccine mandate is a violation of the Nuremberg Code because it requires people to take part in a medical experiment against their will. The Nuremberg Code requires “the voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential” before they take part in a medical experiment.
I join Dr. Vernon Coleman in condemning the ongoing COVID-19 vaccine program because the public is not being informed that the COVID-19 vaccines are experimental. The LA School Superintendent’s mandate goes beyond that. His mandate compels persons against their will to take part in a medical experiment. A mandate, by definition, precludes voluntary consent. Mandating that persons take part in experimental vaccinations contravenes the Nuremberg Code.
Presentation to the Board of Education of the City of Los Angeles School District
1. Vaccination Required for Children
a. U.S. News and World Report reported on January 12, 2021, that L.A. School District Superintendent Austin Buetner stated that once a coronavirus vaccine is widely available for children, immunization will be required for students in Los Angeles to attend classes, the district’s superintendent.
2. Vaccination Required for Teachers
a. KCRW reported on February 4, 2021, that “LA Unified School District and United Teachers Los Angeles (UTLA) both say schools can’t reopen until teachers are vaccinated. But the Centers for Disease Control and a group of local pediatricians disagree.“
3. Vaccination Required for School Staff
a. Los Angeles Daily News, on February 8, 2021, reported that “[t]he superintendent [Austin Beutner] has maintained that three things must happen for schools to reopen: COVID-19 cases must come down in the county, schools must have proper safety protocols in place and staff who work on campuses must be vaccinated.“
4. Study Proves NO Asymptomatic Transfer of COVID-19
a. A research study conducted between May 14 and June 1, 2020, involving almost 10 million residents of Wuhan, China, found that there was zero transmission of COVID-19 from asymptomatic carriers of the disease. The report revealed that “[a]ll city residents aged six years or older were eligible and 9,899,828 (92.9%) participated.” The researchers identified 300 asymptomatic positive cases. The researchers then closely contact traced the asymptomatic persons who tested positive for COVID-19. They found that “[t]here were no positive tests amongst 1,174 close contacts of asymptomatic cases.”
b. Indeed, Dr. Maria Van Kerkhove, the Technical Lead of the World Health Organization COVID-19 Health Emergency Programme is on record as far back as June 8, 2020, stating that “from the data we have, it still seems to be rare that an asymptomatic [COVID-19] person transmits onward to a secondary case.”
i. The Conservative Treehouse observed: “If asymptomatic transmission is not happening, and it appears with scientific certainty it is not, then all of the current lock-down regulations, mask wearing requirements and social distancing rules/decrees are based on a complete fallacy of false assumptions.”
5. Masks Proven Unsafe and Ineffective in Stopping COVID-19
a. The ‘Danmask-19 trial’ was conducted in the spring with over 6,000 participants, when the public were not being told to wear masks but other public health measures were in place. Unlike other studies looking at masks, the Danmask study was a randomized controlled trial — making it the highest quality scientific evidence. The study found that there was no statistically significant difference between those who wore masks and those who did not when it came to being infected by COVID-19. 1.8 percent of those wearing masks caught COVID, compared to 2.1 percent of the control group. As a result, it seems that any effect masks have on preventing the spread of the disease in the community is small.
b. Indeed, masks are counterproductive as they increase infection, hypoxia, and hypercapnia. Dr. Russell Blaylock has found, based on his scientific research, that face masks pose serious health risks.
6. CDC Statistics
a. In the United States, 157 Children between the ages 5-18 years old died with COVID-19 between Janaury 4, 2020 and February 3, 2021.
i. 94% of all deaths listed by the CDC with COVID-19 died with an average of 2.9 comorbidities. Only 6% of the deaths COVID-19 was the only cause mentioned.
ii. Thus, only 9 children died in the entire United States from only COVID-19.
7. COVID-19 Vaccines “Authorized” Under EUA
a. The COVID-19 vaccines are being administered to the public on what is known as an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) by the FDA.
i. The gravamen of the EUA standard is that the known and potential benefits of the COVID-19 vaccines when used to prevent COVID-19 outweigh their known and potential risks.
8. COVID-19 Vaccines NOT FDA Approved
a. The COVID-19 vaccines are not approved by the FDA as being either safe or effective.
i. The FDA published a fact sheet prepared by Pfizer-BioNtech that states the following:
(1) “The Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine is an unapproved vaccine that may prevent COVID-19. There is no FDA-approved vaccine to prevent COVID-19.“
(2) Pfizer-BioNtech is only guessing that it “may” prevent COVID-19. That is their hope. But they explain that there is no approved vaccine that will actually prevent COVID-19 and they are not claiming that their vaccine has been proven effective.
ii. The Moderna EUA has the identical song and dance language as is found in the Pfizer-BioNtech EUA. And Moderna makes virtually identical announcements in their fact sheet.
(1) “The Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine is an unapproved vaccine that may prevent COVID-19. There is no FDA-approved vaccine to prevent COVID-19.“
9. COVID-19 Vaccines Proven Ineffective
a. On January 30, 2021, Andrew Court, reported for The Daily Mail that “Democrat Rep. Stephen Lynch has tested positive to COVID-19 after receiving both shots of the Pfizer vaccine.”
i. Please understand the significance of that occurrence because Rep. Lynch is not the only person to have tested positive for COVID-19 after receiving a COVID-19 vaccination. There has been a slew of such reports. It seems to have become the norm. The COVID-19 vaccine is supposed to prevent someone from getting COVID-19. The whole purpose of the COVID-19 vaccine is to prevent the COVID-19 infection. Indeed, that was the primary focus of the study that resulted in the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) by the FDA for the Moderna and the Pfizer-BioNtech COVID-19 vaccines.
ii. When you read page 28 of the Pfizer-BioNtech publication titled FACT SHEET FOR HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS ADMINISTERING VACCINE, it reveals that the only criterion reported for establishing the effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccine is the subsequent infection rate in the study groups.
10. Changing the Standard for Effectiveness
a. But The Daily Mail article announces that the reason that Rep. Lynch was infected with COVID-19 after being vaccinated is that “Pfizer’s vaccine does not necessarily prevent COVID-19 infection, but is said to be 95 percent effective in stopping the serious symptoms that are caused by the coronavirus.”
b. That is a problem because the FDA has stated that the Pfizer-BioNtech COVID-19 vaccine has been authorized under the EUA in the hope that it will “prevent” COVID-19 and NOT in the hope it will reduce the severity of COVID-19.
i. “To date, only a small number of severe cases have occurred during the study, which makes it difficult to evaluate whether the vaccine reduces the severity of COVID-19. Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine is authorized to prevent coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) in individuals 16 years of age and older.”
c. The problem with this new criterion for effectiveness is that it was never studied. If it has now been shown that the vaccine is truly ineffective in “preventing” a vaccine recipient from getting COVID-19 it should be announced as ineffective. The vaccine should be taken off the market. Apparently, that will not happen. Instead, there is now being announced a new criterion for effectiveness that was never studied. And that new criterion is lessening of symptoms.
11. COVID-19 Vaccines are Experimental and Still Under Study
a. The COVID-19 vaccines have not been demonstrated to be safe or effective by the FDA. They authorized for use and are being monitored for safety and effectiveness. The safety studies are continuing during the EUA period. The COVID-19 vaccines are experimental vaccines. All who take part in the COVID-19 vaccination program are taking part in a medical experiment that is being monitored for safety and effectiveness.
i. “FDA expects vaccine manufacturers to include in their EUA requests a plan for active follow-up for safety, including deaths, hospitalizations, and other serious or clinically significant adverse events, among individuals who receive the vaccine under an EUA, to inform ongoing benefit-risk determinations to support continuation of the EUA.“
ii. “FDA also expects manufacturers who receive an EUA to continue their clinical trials to obtain additional safety and effectiveness information and pursue licensure (approval).“
iii. “Post-authorization vaccine safety monitoring is a federal government responsibility shared primarily by FDA and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), along with other agencies involved in healthcare delivery. Post-authorization safety monitoring during the COVID-19 pandemic vaccination program will aim to continuously monitor the safety of COVID-19 vaccines to rapidly detect safety problems if they exist.”
12. COVID-19 Vaccines Proven Unsafe
a. The Pfizer-BioNtech COVID-19 vaccine has not been demonstrated to be safe; indeed, it is downright unsafe. Regarding the safety of the Pfizer-BioNtech vaccine, Pfizer-Biotech admits that “[s]erious and unexpected side effects may occur.”
b. The Moderna COVID-19 vaccine has not been demonstrated to be safe; indeed, it is downright unsafe. The Moderna fact sheet warns that “[s]erious and unexpected side effects may occur.”
c. Those warnings have turned out to be prophecies.
i. The Children’s Health Defense Team reports that “as of Jan. 22, 329 deaths — a subset of 9,845 total adverse events — had been reported to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC) Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) following COVID-19 vaccinations. VAERS is the primary mechanism for reporting adverse vaccine reactions in the U.S. Reports submitted to VAERS require further investigation before confirmation can be made that an adverse event was linked to a vaccine.”
(1) The VAERS database suffers from a systemic flaw that is known to the HHS. That flaw is that the VAERS database underreports the vaccine adverse events by a factor of 100. Indeed, a Harvard study of the VAERS system revealed that “fewer than 1% of vaccine adverse events are reported.” Id. at 6. That means that the approximately 9,845 adverse events reported for 2020 for the COVID-19 vaccine in the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) actually represent 984,500 adverse events from the COVID-19 vaccine.
13. COVID-19 Experimental Vaccines Cannot be Made Mandatory
a. The bottom line is that the COVID-19 vaccines are “authorized,” they are not “approved” by the FDA. They have not been demonstrated to be safe or effective. They have been allowed because the FDA has opined that the potential benefits outweigh the risks. That benefit vs. risk analysis is very low. It allows for a vaccine to be used before the trials for safety and effectiveness are completed. The safety and effectiveness are being monitored. That means that all who get a COVID-19 vaccine are taking part in an experiment to determine the safety and effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccines.
b. It is unconscionable to mandate an experimental vaccine. To mandate that persons take part in an experiment violates the Nuremberg Code, which requires that “the voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential” before they take part in a medical experiment.
c. A mandate, by definition, overrides voluntary consent. Mandating that persons take part in experimental vaccinations contravenes the Nuremberg Code.

The far left is no different than the far right for both employ the same means to gain control over the population. One may called it self national socialism while the other world socialism but both are socialism devised by the imaginations of men to defy and be lawless towards God.
