The groundwork for mandatory vaccines is being laid by the implementation of a digital health passport. This is not science fiction. This is real. There are plans now afoot to require a person to prove that they have been vaccinated in order to engage in ordinary commerce. They call it a digital health passport, but it will not be limited to authorizing international travel. It will be required to engage in all manner of travel and commerce. Your travel and commerce will be blocked if your digital health passport does not reflect that you have been vaccinated against COVID-19.
On May 8, 2020, the Associated Press published a press release issued by companies who have developed a digital health passport. The press release announced a corporate partnership between several tech firms to roll out 50 million digital health passports in 15 countries across the world. By the way, the number of digital health passports has now been increased to 80 million. You can expect that number to balloon into the billions if governments are convinced that the digital health passports from these companies would be practicable in enforcing Orwellian controls. The countries taking part in this initial rollout include the United States, Italy, Portugal, France, Panama, India, Canada, Sweden, Spain, South Africa, Mexico, United Arab Emirates, and The Netherlands.
The digital health passport, owned by Circle Pass Enterprises (CPE), is called COVI-PASS. CPE is a digital health technology company, which has collaborated with VST Enterprises, to integrate VST’s VCode into the biometric RFID-enabled health passports which can be accessed via mobile phone or a key fob. It works much like a traffic signal. The press release explains:
A traffic light system then confirms their health status as either red or green, red for positive and green for negative. The amber colour indicates a countdown timer to when another [COVID-19] test would be due and required.
The press release further states:
The COVI-PASS™ Digital Health Passport works on an intelligent colour mapping system (green, amber, red) to authenticate and validate a COVID-19 test providing test history and relevant health information.
Below are two images supplied by COVI-PASS that accompanied the press release.
If the person’s digital passport shows green, then they will have full freedom to move about and transact business. But if it shows red, unspecified restrictions will be placed on that person. The COVI-PASS website admits that it is intended to be a passport to act as a basis to exclude someone from engaging in ordinary commerce.
The COVI-PASS website states that “COVI-PASS™ is currently in beta and will be available for public download in August.”
Initially, the COVI-PASS will be used to record COVID-19 test results. But the ultimate plan is that when a COVID-19 vaccine is developed COVI-PASS will be used to verify that the person has been vaccinated with a COVID-19 vaccination. That vaccination information will then be a prerequisite to commerce and employment. The COVI-PASS website explains:
We are all waiting for the day that a vaccine can be found for this disease. Until then, COVI-PASS™ can be used to carry the COVID-19 test result. As this is a digital health pass it could also be used to show other tests and vaccinations. Some people have a booklet that has a record of their vaccinations. This is the same, but in digital format.
In response to the question about someone who decides not to obtain COVI-PASS, the COVI-PASS website states that you likely will not have a choice in the matter. The COVI-PASS may be required. Indeed, that is their business plan, which is why all of their efforts have been focused on marketing their product to governments. The consumer will be required to use COVI-PASS by the governments. COVI-PASS states:
Having a COVID-19 test might be required if you are in a certain profession such as social care or retail for example. It might also be required at certain touch points in life, such as going on holiday. If you do require a test, you’ll need a way to show the result. COVI-PASS™ is one way to do this. The result can also be shown on paper, although it’s probably safer to store it digitally.
The whole idea, as explained by COVI-PASS, is to “return to normal life and travel with peace of mind, knowing that your medical credentials are on hand, accessed only by the wallet holder’s permission.” Our overlords have made our lives a living hell by shutting down businesses, requiring masks, issuing stay at home orders, and requiring social distancing. That is all part of the plan to coerce us into taking a COVID-19 vaccine. Although it is marketed as a digital health passport it will not be limited to international travel. It will literally be a passport for every commercial transaction imaginable.
Raul Diego for Mint Press News explains that “COVI-PASS will determine whether you can go to a restaurant, if you need a medical test, or are due for a talking-to by authorities in a post-COVID world. Consent is voluntary, but enforcement will be compulsory.”
Once a person takes the vaccine he can “return to normal” and be able to have our freedom back. At least, that is the promise. But it is a lie. The vaccine is just the first of a myriad of hoops that the sheep will need to jump through. Those who agree to take the vaccine will be circus animals running around the ring and obediently jumping through the hoops held by their trainers.

November 15, 2021 Update
On November 15, 2021, this author received an email notification from Q-Servi (formerly Tento Health) to update my blog article about the COVI-PASS to correctly reflect Tento Health’s new corporate identity: Q-Servi.
Tento Health is the company that developed COVI-PASS. The COVI-PASS was later rebranded as the Tento Health Wallet. Tento Health has now changed its name to Q-Servi. Q-Servi describes its service as one that “automates data management processes, distributes verified digital health documents and provides automated data reporting solutions.” The company states some of the benefits of its digital services:
Reduce delays at check-in with advanced visibility of passengers [sic] health status prior to check-in.
Enable staff and customers to share verified COVID vaccination information digitally.
Receive vaccination details information that is matched to a verified identity.
When Tento Health was renamed Q-Servi, its Tento Health Wallet was, in turn, rebranded as the Q-Wallet. Q-Servi describes its Q-Wallet as a digital wallet that will allow verification of health status, including but not limited to vaccine status. The Q-Wallet includes a digital vaccine passport now available as a cell phone app on iPhones and Android devices. Q-Servi describes its Q-Wallet:
The secure wallet enables individuals to control their personal data and share their health pass for entry such as concerts, casinos, theatre, sports or other large scale venues.
Q-Wallet is a secure and contactless way to access amenities such as public transport, office buildings, construction or production sites, airlines, or events.
The app only shows your photo, your vaccination certificate expiry date, and your test results. There is no personally identifiable information shared unless you decide that you want to share it.
The vaccine passport is not some wild conspiracy theory. It will be a dystopian reality unless the people resist it.
Imagine what an oppressive regime would do with Q-Wallet (formerly COVI-PASS). Indeed, it seems that the government of communist China has already instituted steps to incorporate COVID-19 track and tracing into their social credit scoring system. Paul Joseph Watson reported on Summit News:
In August 2019, the Communist state bragged about how it had prevented 2.5 million “discredited entities” from purchasing plane tickets and 90,000 people from buying high speed train tickets in the month of July alone.
As we document in the video below, the onerous social credit score system is literally designed to punish and socially ostracize dissidents who express controversial opinions.
In the age of social media deplatforming, an identical system is gradually being introduced in the west, where people who have been banned by social media networks for ‘offensive’ views are then also deplatformed by companies and banks.
Ticketmaster is in the Planning Stages of a Vaccine Verification Plan for Concert Goers
The draconian COVID-19 restrictions placed on businesses is going to ensure that they will be willing partners with the government in enforcing the vaccine mandate. If the business wants to survive it will necessarily have to aid and abet the government in trampling on the constitutional rights of the people. For example, on November 11, 2020, David Brooks reported in an exclusive story for Billboard Magazine that Ticketmaster plans on instituting a COVID-19 vaccine verification requirement for buying concert tickets.
Monday’s news that pharmaceutical company Pfizer’s early results on a new COVID-19 vaccine showed a 90% efficacy rate on an initial clinical trial have given concert professionals hope that the business can start mounting a return in 2021. As part of that preparation, Ticketmaster has been working on a framework for post-pandemic fan safety that uses smart phones to verify fans’ vaccination status or whether they’ve tested negative for the coronavirus within a 24 to 72 hour window.
Many details of the plan, which is still in development phase, will rely on three separate components — the Ticketmaster digital ticket app, third party health information companies like CLEAR Health Pass or IBM’s Digital Health Pass and testing and vaccine distribution providers like Labcorp and the CVS Minute Clinic.
Here’s how it would work, if approved: After purchasing a ticket for a concert, fans would need to verify that they have already been vaccinated (which would provide approximately one year of COVID-19 protection) or test negative for coronavirus approximately 24 to 72 hours prior to the concert. The length of coverage a test would provide would be governed by regional health authorities — if attendees of a Friday night concert had to be tested 48 hours in advance, most could start the testing process the day before the event. If it was a 24-hour window, most people would likely be tested the same day of the event at a lab or a health clinic.
Once the test was complete, the fan would instruct the lab to deliver the results to their health pass company, like CLEAR or IBM. If the tests were negative, or the fan was vaccinated, the health pass company would verify the attendee’s COVID-19 status to Ticketmaster, which would then issue the fan the credentials needed to access the event. If a fan tested positive or didn’t take a test to verify their status, they would not be granted access to the event. There are still many details to work out, but the goal of the program is for fans to take care of vaccines and testing prior to the concert and not show up hoping to be tested onsite.
Ticketmaster would not store or have access to fans’ medical records and would only receive verification of whether a fan is cleared to attend an event on a given date. Different states will have different requirements. The main role of companies like health pass companies will be to collect data from testing and medical providers and deliver status updates to partner companies in a secure, encrypted way that complies with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Other businesses are seeing the light. Gary Leff reporting for the Airline industry publication View From the Wing, revealed that “American Airlines President Robert Isom shared at the Baird Global conference this morning that a ‘medical report wallet through Verifly’ is coming to help open up travel to the Caribbean.” Leff explained:
This will be for passengers flying Miami to Montego Bay or Kingston, Jamaica starting November 18. At this point it’s a voluntary way to have eligibility for travel preverified, and customers in Miami using it “will be provided an expedited entry lane for testing verification in the North Terminal” where they show their ‘pass’ validation on the app. There’s no integration into American’s IT systems with this solution.
Once the COVID-19 vaccine is approved the “medical wallet through Verifly” will simply be augmented to provide vaccine verification. The “medical wallet through Verifly” may start with Caribbean flights, but you can be assured that when it becomes a vaccine verification pass it will be required for all flights. It will not end with the airlines either. You can be assured that the vaccine verification pass is coming to a store near you. The multi-national corporations have big plans for you.
Stand up for your rights!
