Peter Navarro was the Assistant to the President, Director of Trade and Manufacturing Policy, and the National Defense Production Act policy Coordinator in the Trump Administration. He prepared a report that proves that Donald Trump actually won the 2020 election for President of the United States.
The three-part report has been suppressed by the mainstream media. Indeed, in rare instances when the mainstream media refers to the report they do so by labeling it as “stuffed with discredited election fraud claims” or containing “debunked voter fraud claims.” But a close reading of the report reveals evidence it contains has neither been discredited nor debunked. Rather, it has only been ignored and suppressed.
The Navarro report can be downloaded at the links below.
Navarro begins his report by revealing the mysterious erasure of apparent Trump Victories in the swing states of Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin. Those anomalous events have been largely unreported by the mainstream media. In volume 1 of his report Navarro explains:
At midnight on the evening of November 3, and as illustrated in Table 1, President Trump was ahead by more than 110,000 votes in Wisconsin and more than 290,000 votes in Michigan. In Georgia, his lead was a whopping 356,945; and he led in Pennsylvania by more than half a million votes. By December 7, however, these wide Trump leads would turn into razor thin Biden leads – 11,779 votes in Georgia, 20,682 votes in Wisconsin, 81,660 votes in Pennsylvania, and 154,188 votes in Michigan.
Volume 1 of Navarro’s report summarizes the evidence of rampant fraud and irregularities in six battleground states. Navarro was careful not to allege an election irregularity without having evidence. Each volume of his report should be read in light of the evidence that was extant when he wrote that volume. Volume 1 of his report was released on December 17, 2020, volume 2 of his report was released on January 5, 2021, and volume 3 of his report was released on January 14, 2021.
Notice how in the table below Navarro states that there was only “some evidence” of voter fraud in Michigan and Pennsylvania. That report was published on December 17, 2020. Since that date, a mountain of evidence has surfaced establishing widespread voter fraud in both Michigan and Pennsylvania. Navarro introduces a summary of election irregularities in each state as follows:
The matrix in Table 2 provides an overview of the presence or absence of each of the six dimensions of alleged election irregularities in each of the six battleground states. Column 1 lists each of the six dimensions along with the alleged Biden victory margin and the possible illegal ballots due to election irregularities. Columns 2 through 7 in the matrix then indicate the presence or absence of the election irregularities in any given state.
Note that a checkmark in matrix cell indicates there is widespread evidence in a given state for a particular dimension of election irregularity while a star indicates there is at least some evidence.
Volume 1, published on December 17, 2020, is somewhat outdated as more evidence of fraud has come out since that date. The report should be read with those limitations in mind. For example, in Table 7 below, which is from the December 7, 2020 volume 1 of his report, Navarro does not show any large-scale voting machine irregularities in Georgia or Pennsylvania, nor does he show any machine vote switching in either state.
But since volume 1 of his report was published, clear evidence has surfaced of Dominion voting machine inaccuracies and deletions of Trump votes in both Pennsylvania and Georgia. And indeed clear and convincing evidence has been uncovered of vote switching from Trump to Biden in Georgia.
